SMS Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Univox Technology (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not subscribe to the messaging program or provide your mobile phone number.

2. Program Description

Univox Technology’s SMS program sends text messages related to service alerts, promotional offers, reminders, and/or customer support.

3. Consent (Opt-In)

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our subscription form, you expressly authorize Univox Technology to send you recurring text messages through an automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interaction with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per month

5. Costs and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Univox Technology does not charge for sending or receiving messages, but your mobile carrier may apply charges based on your service plan. Please check with your provider for details about your plan.

6. Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. How to Opt Out

You may cancel your subscription to the SMS program at any time by replying with the word STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to subscribe again, you will need to re-register as you did originally.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or cancel the SMS program at any time, without prior notice. We may also update these terms periodically; changes will take effect upon being posted on this website.

11. Limitation of Liability

Univox Technology shall not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages or for errors caused by your mobile carrier, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
